Structural design and method of use

The piston vibrators generate directed vibrations by using a patented guidance system allowing an oil- and nearly wear-free operation. The piston slides on an air cushion and works against two air cushions. The noise level is - depending on the position of the screw-cap - only between 45 and 68 dB(A).

The housing is made of aluminium, anodized, physiologically harmless and resists most environmental influences. The use of an air filter (20 µm) is recommended for a long, trouble-free service.

The frequency and consequently the force-effect of the vibrators can be adjusted by changing the input air pressure. This is also possible by adjusting the output air by turning the screw-cap.
